CNC MACHINING

Real Parts from Our Workshop

Four typical CNC machining jobs — the material, the process and the tolerance behind each one. Everything you see here was machined in our own shop.

Stainless steel CNC turned flanges, bushings and sleeve parts

01 · TURNING

Stainless Steel Turned Parts

Turned from solid bar on CNC lathes, then finished with live-tool milling and drilling where needed. A typical run in this photo covers conical flanges and bushings for pump and valve assemblies, produced in batches of several thousand pieces with repeatable dimensions.

  • Material304 / 316L stainless steel
  • ProcessCNC turning, live-tool milling, drilling
  • Tolerance±0.01 mm
  • SurfaceAs-machined, passivation on request
  • Typical usePump & valve parts, food-processing equipment

02 · MILLING & BORING

Cast Iron Bearing Housings

Housing blanks are milled on 3-axis machining centres: mounting faces, bolt patterns and locating steps are cut in one clamping, then the bearing bore is finished by boring to keep concentricity and roundness within spec across the whole production run.

  • MaterialHT250 grey iron / GGG40 ductile iron
  • Process3-axis milling, boring, drilling & tapping
  • Tolerance±0.02 mm, bore H7
  • SurfaceAs-machined, primer on request
  • Typical useGearboxes, conveyor drives, industrial pumps

03 · POLYMER MACHINING

Engineering Plastic Gears

Non-metal parts are machined in-house as well. These nylon gears are cut from plate: the tooth profile is milled, the bore and keyway are turned, and the hub face is faced flat — giving quiet-running, self-lubricating components without tooling cost.

  • MaterialNylon (PA6 / PA66), POM, PEEK on request
  • ProcessCNC milling and turning, gear tooth milling
  • Tolerance±0.05 mm
  • SurfaceAs-machined, deburred
  • Typical useFood machinery, packaging lines, automation

Aluminum CNC milled brackets and fixtures

04 · 3 / 4-AXIS MILLING

Aluminum Milled Brackets

Brackets and fixture blocks milled from 6061-T6 plate. Pocketing, chamfers, tapped holes and counterbores are completed in one setup to hold position tolerances, leaving surfaces ready for anodizing or powder coating without extra rework.

  • Material6061-T6 / 7075 aluminum
  • Process3 / 4-axis milling, drilling, tapping, deburring
  • Tolerance±0.02 mm
  • SurfaceAnodize-ready, bead blast on request
  • Typical useElectronics enclosures, automation fixtures, frames
